No experience is necessary! Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Instructors will offer modifications to suit your level of practice.
Yes, most of our classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll find a class that suits you.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as class sizes are limited. You can easily book through our website or app.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class starts. This allows time for check-in, setting up your space, and getting settled before the session begins.
To cancel your class, use the Highest Form Yoga Studio website at least 6 hours before the start time. Late; cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows are non-refundable. You can manage your bookings and cancellations through your online account.
While we don’t offer specific prenatal yoga classes, our regular classes are accessible for pregnant individuals. We recommend consulting your healthcare professional before participating and notifying the instructor at the start of each class so we can offer appropriate modifications.
Yes, there is street parking available close by for your convenience. Please arrive early to ensure you find a spot, especially during peak times.
Our yoga classes are designed for participants aged 14 and up. We recommend that students are mature enough to competently follow and understand basic instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. If you have any questions about class suitability, please feel free to reach out to us!
We provide mats and props like blocks and straps. However, we recommend bringing your own favorite yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel.
Yes, we offer private yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs. Please contact us to schedule a private class or for more information.
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 6 hours before your class to avoid losing your payment. You can manage these changes through your account on our website.
Payments are non-refundable for missed (no-show) classes or for cancellations or reschedules made less than 6 hours before the class starts
Yes, you can manage your bookings and cancellations through your account on our website.
Yes, please bring your own yoga mat to each class. However, we will provide yoga props such as blocks and straps for your use.
Our studio hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 PM - 7 PM
Sunday: 10 AM - 11 AM
For long public holidays, such as Easter and Christmas breaks, the studio will be closed, and your weekly direct debit payments will be automatically suspended.
Payments will resume as usual after the holiday period.
For shorter public holidays (e.g. Labour Day or Melb Cup), payments will continue as scheduled.
Please check our website or contact us for updates on public holiday schedules.
If the studio cancels a class, you will be notified via email. You will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
We are continually assessing the demand for additional classes. As our studio establishes itself and we gauge interest, we will expand our timetable to include more classes. Stay tuned to our website and announcements for updates on new class offerings.
