We begin with slow, grounding Yin Yoga—holding floor-based postures for several minutes to gently release tension, support joint mobility, and open your body's energetic pathways. As your physical being settles into deep softness, we transition into immersive Sound Healing, where you'll rest in stillness surrounded by the resonant vibrations of sound bowls.
